Q: When are you open?

A: We are open 7 days a week but not on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Please see opening hours under Opening Hours (FAQ drop down option)

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash or card payments.

Q: What Vaccination does my pet require?

A: An up to date vet card (including annual boosters) with the following (if unsure, speak to your vet):

Cat: Infectious Feline Enteritis, Feline Respiratory Disease, FeLV. That is 2 vaccinations or a booster from last year.

Dog: Distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, leptospirosis. They will also need the Kennel Cough vaccine (a separate vaccine).

A: Can I bring toys?

Q: Yes! Please feel free to bring any toys for your pets (no bean bags please).

Q: What do I need to bring?

A: Your Pet's vet card, some bedding (if you wish), toys, food (for Dogs and any bespoke food for your cat).
